AVF keeps working well at Jerez as Visser posts another top-10
In another hot and sunny day at Jerez de la Frontera, AVF by Adrián Vallés continued and completed the postseason activity scheduled this week for the World Series Renault teams. Running once again with one car, the Spanish squad’s banner was held high by Dutch female racer Beitske Visser.
The talented 19-year-old racer continued to work well with the team’s staff and the pace stayed high. In the morning session, she took a positive P7 and confirmed her top-10 form. In the afternoon, she ended up 15th before heading back home for some well-deserved rest after logging 46 laps run today and delivering some stunning performances throughout the last few days.
The AVF stable will now also be heading home after a long week of work to continue preparing for the next season.
Beitske Visser (#19) Morning: P7 1’27”899. Afternoon: P15 1’30”195
“I’m happy about the result of today. We put two sets of tyres in the morning, going on with activity that we did in the week-end. We worked a lot and I think we had very good solutions. With the first set of tyres we were ok, with the second maybe not everything played out as we expected. In the afternoon we just did a short-run before pack everything and return home: it’s been a very long week here in Jerez!”
