ELMS – Entertaining Times for the 4 Hours of Imola

Round 2 of the European Le Mans Series will take place at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Italy this weekend, with plenty of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. In addition to over seven hours of track action culminating in the 4 Hours of Imola, there will the opportunity for fans of endurance racing to get up close to the cars and meet the drivers who will take part in the race during the pitwalk and autograph session on Sunday 17 May.

In addition there will be play area which will include a mini-track with four electric cars or minibikes, a slide and two entertainers who will keep the kids amused during the weekend. Radio Bruno will also be on site with a DJ playing some tunes and keeping everyone informed over the circuit sound system.

Saturday 16 May will feature two 90-minute Free practice sessions, the first beginning at 10h30 and the second at 15h00. Race day is on Sunday 17 May and begins with two 20-minute qualifying sessions, the first for LMGTE and GTC starts at 10h00 and the second for LMP2 and LMP3 competitors at 10h30. Three hours later the 4 Hours of Imola will get underway, the second of the five races for the 2015 European Le Mans Series.
