Tutumlu to end season in style at Sebring

Spaniard of Kurdish ancestry approaches the season finale of the Super Trofeo Europe and the Super Trofeo World Final, the latter being contested by some of the best drivers in Europe, Asia and North America. Tutumlu will team up with Germany´s Harald Schlotter at the wheel of the Leipert Motorsport-entered Lamborghini Huracan in the Pro-Am category.

Isaac Tutumlu is ready to take up the challenge at the Sebring International Raceway, the historic American circuit hosting two races of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe and two of the Super Trofeo World Final. The Barcelona-born driver made his debut at Daytona last year and now Sebring will step into another classic venue in motorsport: the home of the 12 hours of Sebring. There will be a change as Tutumlu will have a new teammate, German driver Harald Schlotter. Schlotter already has experience with the Lamborghini-built car.

“The World Final at Sebring is one of the most outstanding race events for Lamborghini and some of the best drivers around the world, including factory pilots, attend this race weekend. Obviously, it is nice to be there. But at the same time it will be an extremely busy weekend, because I have four races ahead from Friday to Sunday!”, Tutumlu underlines, adding “I made my first outing at Daytona in 2014 and now, in 2015, I shall discover Sebring, an old-school circuit. It has its concrete walls very close, low grip conditions used in the airport, etc. We will use a different car, as the previous one was used at Brno and it was impossible to have it at Sebring. And my teammate is Harald, I will try to be helpful to him in order to be competitive in the Pro-Am category. I hope to achieve good results both in the European races and in the World Final.”

The Super Trofeo Europe will hit the track on Thursday and Friday and the Super Trofeo World Final on Saturday and Sunday.
