At the beginning of the year JBR Motorsport & Engineering was presented as Audi Sport Customer Racing’s new team. The team will par cipate in ADAC GT Masters and in the newly established TCR Germany which is going to be held in the framework of ADAC GT Masters. The addi onal commitment in DMV GTC completes the substan al motorsports program for 2016. The recruitment of the team’s staff has been executed successfully contrac ng only crew members with an extensive exper se in motorsports gained in top racing categories (GT, German Touring Cars (DTM), F1). Thus, the season’s prepara on is on schedule. As a final step, the special focus is now on the driver’s recruitment for the new Audi R8 LMS for ADAC GT Masters and DMV GTC. JBR will also par cipate with a Seat Leon in TCR Germany and in DMV GTC. JBR is currently in nego a on with several drivers and is looking for young racing talents as well as experienced drivers. The team’s in-house roll-out with the new Audi R8 LMS is going to happen already in the coming week. Star ng the beginning of February the R8 is set up for test runs wherefore individual appointments can be arranged. Addi onally JBR will hold a test event in Alkersleben, Germany on February 13th and 14th. ADAC GT Masters season starts in Oschersleben, Germany on April 15-17, 2016 and will cover 7 race weekends. DMV GTC will debut a week earlier in Misano, Italy. The season contains a total of 8 races. .
