FFF Racing Team will have a greater presence in international motorsport in 2016, and it is delighted to firstly confirm its entry in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe with Chinese racer and entrepreneur, Sean Fu Songyang.

The Lamborghini Super Trofeo boasts a coveted slot on the Blancpain Endurance Series support package and each round encompasses one qualifier and a pair of 50-minute feature races, while the calendar takes in many of Europe’s most hallowed racetracks.

The championship provides an exclusive platform for gentlemen drivers to compete at the wheel of bespoke Lamborghini Super Trofeo racecars and the top three finishers in the European, Asian and American series are all invited to compete in a world final at the historic Sebring International Raceway in the USA.

FFF Racing Team prides itself in its ability to provide a quality and professional platform for the discerning driver to race in the most prestigious GT racing arenas in Europe and Asia, and it is delighted to be running a Super Trofeo programme that’s centred around Fu Songyang – the CEO of the affiliated FFF Automobile supercar dealership.

Fu Songyang is a latecomer to motor racing, having focused all of his time and energy on his education, family and building an esteemed business into what is arguably the world’s ultimate supercar dealership; FFF Automobile specialises in high-end car sales, maintenance, spare parts and after-sales from a spectacular 800 square-foot showroom in Beijing, China.

However, the Chinese entrepreneur is keen to clock up as many racing miles as possible in the coming months and he will begin with an official Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe test at Italy’s ‘Temple of Speed’, Monza, on Wednesday (9 March).

“I am very much looking forward to racing against my gentlemen peers in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, as up to now I have only competed in championships that attract many of the top professional drivers in the world,” said Fu Songyang. “The Lamborghini Huracan is a fantastic looking car and I feel very comfortable when driving it. Visiting all the European circuits, which are all new to me, will be quite a challenge, but it’s one I will relish.

“I would hope to be competitive and challenging for podiums within a short space of time and the forthcoming test at Monza will be about getting used to the car and working with my engineer to ensure that driving the car is as comfortable as sitting in my office chair come the first round of the championship. This is a new programme to us all, but FFF Racing Team is very professional and experienced and I have complete faith in its ability.”
