#BlancpainGT – Castrol Honda Racing ready for 24 Hours of Spa as NSX returns after 25 years

One day before qualifying for the 24 Hours of Spa, the Honda NSX GT3 lined up alongside the Honda NSX that last competed at the iconic endurance race in 1993, piloted by Bertrand Gachot, Armin Hahne and Kazuo Shimizu, for a photoshoot that spanned 25 years.

The Castrol Honda Racing NSX was met by crowds of fans in the customary parade into the town centre Spa this evening

Castrol Honda Racing start their 2018 24 Hours of Spa tomorrow with Free Practice 1 at 1145h, and qualifying getting under from 2050h with Esteban Guerrieri, Bertrand Baguette, Riccardo Patrese and Loic Depailler each taking a turns behind the wheel.

The latest road-going Honda NSX will also be on display throughout the weekend, and a full grid of Honda NSXs from across the generations will descend upon Spa to celebrate the 25th anniversary, taking part in a parade lap led by Esteban Guerrieri on Saturday before the start of the race on Saturday.
