WEC Full Access from Spa-Francorchamps premieres tonight!

Episode three of WEC Full Access will air this evening (10 May) giving fans behind-the-scenes insights from an action-packed TotalEnergies 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.
Giving fans a fascinating insight into the FIA WEC’s biggest teams and drivers, WEC Full Access covers everything from team briefings to heated mid-race discussions. It is the ultimate YouTube series which documents the most private areas of the WEC paddock.

Episode three focuses on a few poignant storylines including the arrival of Hertz Team JOTA’s brand-new Porsche 963 as WEC Full Access shows the Porsche 963 starting up in the team garage for the first time, as well as insights from driver Will Stevens and JOTA team owner, Sam Hignett.

WEC Full Access also follows local driver Sarah Bovy closely throughout the episode which starts with Sarah and her Iron Dames team-mate Michelle Gatting making final preparations ahead of race day as they depart together from Sarah’s home in Brussels.

Spa-Francorchamps also provided plenty of on-track action and the episode shows reactions from the pits as well as raw emotions from both inside the cockpit and the team garages. There’s also footage of private conversations on the grid as pre-race tensions build around which tyre compound to use with the ever-changing weather conditions which Spa is famed for.

The episode also covers drivers’ briefings including instructions from WEC race director, Eduardo Freitas. There’s also the iconic moment that 22-year-old Lilou Wadoux made history as the first female driver to win a round of the WEC as she and her two AF Corse Ferrari team-mates took a dominant victory in the LMGTE Am category.

The on-track action is coupled with valuable insight from 2014 FIA WEC champion Anthony Davidson who, alongside experienced pitlane reporter Louise Beckett, chat to the drivers in the paddock and explain what it’s really like to compete in the world’s most prestigious sportscar series.

Throughout the season, WEC Full Access will take viewers inside the stories as they happened, letting fans experience the often stressful, but always entertaining, world of endurance racing… Don’t miss it!
