Team kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport intends to continue success story from ADAC Formula Masters
Backed by the excellent results of the home game at the Lausitzring, the five drivers of Berlin team kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport intend to bring home success from the fourth ADAC Formula Masters event which takes place this weekend (6th to 8th June) at the Austrian Red Bull Ring. The German Capitol’s racing team, in action for the ADAC Berlin Brandenburg, will return with great memories of the 4.326 kilometre long track in the Steiermark region. 2013 saw a loot of two victories and a further three podium places for the Mücke crew – the vioctories by Alessio Picariello – the champion from Belgium is no longer eligible to participate in this junior series however is still involved as coach and mentor for his former Mücke colleague Kim-Luis Schramm (Wümbach). Thuringian Kim-Luis Schramm had celebrated his first ever ADAC Formula Masters podium place in Austria while Maximilian Günther finished in second and third place in Spielberg.
“The boys are once again in top form and intend to continue the success story from the Lausitzring”, so team manager Peter Mücke. At the home game from 23rd to 25th May, kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport scooped two double successes, three fastest race laps, two pole positions as well as the takeover of the lead in the team ratings. Maximilian Günther (runner up in the table) and Marvin Dienst (Lampertheim/third) had brought home the two double successes as winner and runner up in both races. Kim-Luis Schramm achieved two fourth places and currently ranks fifth in the table.
“Overall, our team is in an ideal position. We definitely aim to defend our titles in both, driver and team ratings from last year”, says Peter Mücke. “The boys are well within reach of the top of the table, with Maximilian being capable of taking over the lead in Austria with a mere two points behind.” Rookie Philip Hamprecht (Hagen), having collected points in each of the nine races to date and currently ninth in the table as well as Swiss Giorgio Maggi are capable to achieve the top ten places in races ten to twelve according to their team manager. “Both can reap the rewards for their great performance progress at the Red Bull Ring.”
